Home pages will be judged on a scale of 100;
with 50 points for style and 50 points for content.
Style
- 10 points Pages load rapidly
- 10 points Overall visual appeal & originality of style
- 10 points Layout permitting access to pages and features.
- 10 points Graphics
- 10 points Accessibility to various browsers both graphical and text
Content
