This year’s Spring Conference was held at Zephyrhills H.S. Zephyrhills, Florida.
The Conference was one of our most successful. As a result, the FACUG Board of Directors passed a motion to offer an FACUG Scholarship to a graduating senior who would be continuing his/her education in a computer related field.

The Pasco Area Computer User Group (PACUG) and the 3OAKS.COM internet service, contributed $100 each towards a $500 Scholarship. A Scholarship Awards committee was established, consisting of Jeff Robins and Stu Silverman.

We would like to congratulate Robert Lane as the first recipient of the FACUG Scholarship. He is interested in gaining the skills necessary to program video games and did work in a nursing home instructing residents in the use of computers.
