Photo Contest
February 26 to March 1, 2010
The first annual F.A.C.U.G. Technology Conference Photo Contest sponsored by the Corel Corporation will be conducted on the February 26 – March 01, 2010 cruise.
Photographs will be judged on originality, technical excellence, composition and overall impact and artistic merit.

Official Contest Rules
The contest is open to any member of the Florida Association of Computer User Group. ( if your are a club member and
your club is a member of the FACUG, you are a FACUG member)
To enter you must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. Citizen or a permanent legal resident (green card)
- All photographs submitted must have been taken between January 01, 2010 and February 15, 2010
- One Photograph per member only, and all photographs must be submitted by the original photographer (Artist).
- Photographs should accurately reflect the subject matter and the scene as it appears. Photographs may be
digitally altered but any photograph that has been digitally altered beyond standard optimization will be
disqualified.
- Photographs are to be no larger then 8”X10”, board mounted (no overlay mats or frames permitted)
- Black & white images are not eligible (monochrome).
- Photographs MUST have your Full Name, Home Address, Telephone number, and Computer Club affiliation
clearly printed on the back of the entry in English. ( Photo entry form “FACUG - 001” )
- For each photograph submitted there shall be a digital version submitted via E-mail to vicepresident@facug.org with matching information found on form “FACUG - 001”, and “Photo Contest” in the subject line.
- The digital photo can be no smaller then 5 X 7 inches at 72 pixels/inch, and can not be more then 1mb in size.

and submitted with the photo

- Content Submission Agreement form - (PDF click here)
- Adult Model Release form - (PDF click here) and or a Minor Model Release form - (PDF click here) for any faces recognizable in the photograph.
All Photographs MUST be sent to

and received no later then February 15th 2010
or submitted on February 26th during the on board registration process
for the 2010 FACUG Technology Conference, Bahamas Cruise.
- Photographs will be judged and the winners announced during the 2010 FACUG Technology Conference
Bahamas Cruise.
- The decision of the judges is finial.
- You do not have to be present to win.
- Corel & FACUG reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater
value in the event the offered prize is unavailable.
- Photographs, regardless of the medium will not be returned unless you are present at the 2010 FACUG
Technology Conference Bahamas Cruise, and a non winner.
Please do not send your only copy of a photo.
